01DIGITAL GOODS
Everything we sell is a digital item or perk delivered in-game or on Discord. Once a purchase has been delivered to your character, it is generally non-refundable.
02IF WE DON'T DELIVER
If your purchase has not been delivered within 72 hours and staff have not resolved it, you are entitled to a full refund. Open a ticket in our Discord with your order details.
03MISTAKES
Ordered the wrong package or typed the wrong character name? Contact us within 48 hours of purchase and we will put it right — either by correcting the delivery or refunding the order.
04SUBSCRIPTIONS
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime on the Manage Subscription page or via PayPal. Cancellation stops future payments; we do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days of a paid month.
05BANS & RULE BREAKS
Refunds are not given where perks are lost due to a ban for breaking server rules. Play fair and this will never affect you.
06CHARGEBACKS
Please talk to us before opening a PayPal dispute — nearly everything can be fixed in one ticket. Unjustified chargebacks may result in removal from the community.
07HOW TO REQUEST
Open a ticket in our Discord server with your PayPal email, order date and package name. Staff will review and respond as quickly as possible. Approved refunds are issued back through PayPal to the original payment method.
