01THE SERVICE

Blacklist RP is a community FiveM roleplay server. This website provides information about the community and a store selling digital packages and subscriptions that are delivered inside the game or on our Discord.

02ELIGIBILITY

Our community is built around a mature-rated game. By purchasing or playing you confirm you meet the age requirements of the game in your region, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

03PURCHASES

All items sold are digital goods or perks. You must provide your correct in-city name and Discord username at checkout so staff can deliver your purchase. Delivery is carried out manually by staff and may take up to 72 hours.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by PayPal in the displayed currency. Discount codes apply only as stated and cannot be combined.

04SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly packages renew automatically through PayPal until cancelled. You can cancel anytime on our Manage Subscription page or in your PayPal account. Cancelled subscriptions stay active until the end of the paid period.

05COMMUNITY RULES

A purchase does not place you above the rules. Packages and perks are granted on the condition that you follow the server rules. If your account is banned for breaking the rules, active perks and subscriptions may be forfeited without refund.

06ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not abuse the store, attempt to defraud the community, or resell packages. Fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse will result in removal from the community.

07NO AFFILIATION

Blacklist RP is a community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re/FiveM. All game content remains the property of its respective owners.

08LIABILITY

The city is provided as-is. We are not liable for interruptions, changes to game content, or losses arising from events inside the roleplay environment. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

09CHANGES

We may update these terms as the community evolves. The current version is always on this page.
